By accessing our website, purchasing a product, applying for coaching, or opting in to our text messaging program, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our website, purchase our products or services, apply for coaching, or opt in to our SMS messaging program. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.

Best Built Fitness provides fitness coaching, digital training and nutrition guides, diagnostic quizzes, and at-home health/bloodwork testing services. Our offerings include, but are not limited to:

  • 1:1 coaching applications and programs
  • Digital products (e.g., training and nutrition guides)
  • Free educational lead-magnet content
  • Diagnostic quizzes and assessments
  • At-home bloodwork and specialty health testing panels

All content, guides, and testing results provided by Best Built Fitness are for educational and informational purposes only and are not intended as, and should not be substituted for, professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before making changes to your health, nutrition, training, or supplement protocols, and before acting on any bloodwork or test results.

3. SMS / Text Messaging Program

3.1 Program Description

By providing your mobile phone number through any of our forms (including but not limited to coaching applications, opt-in pages, quizzes, or checkout) and affirmatively checking the applicable consent box, you consent to receive text messages from Best Built Fitness. Messages may include:

  • Appointment confirmations and reminders
  • Coaching program updates and check-ins
  • Order, shipping, and account notifications
  • Customer support communications
  • Marketing messages, including promotions, offers, and new product or service announcements (only where you have separately opted in to marketing messages)

You may opt out of receiving text messages from Best Built Fitness at any time by texting STOP to the number from which you received messages. Upon doing so, you will receive a one-time confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent unless you opt back in.

For assistance with our SMS program, text HELP to the number you received messages from, or contact us directly using the information in Section 11 below.

3.7 Carrier Liability Disclaimer

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Best Built Fitness is not responsible for any delays or failures in the delivery of text messages that are outside of our reasonable control, including but not limited to carrier network issues, device compatibility, or incorrect contact information provided by the user.

3.8 Supported Carriers

Our messaging program is intended to work with major U.S. wireless carriers. Not all carriers may be supported, and Best Built Fitness is not liable for undelivered or delayed messages resulting from carrier limitations.

4. Products, Purchases, and Payment

  • All prices for coaching programs, digital products, and health testing panels are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice.
  • Payment is due in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise stated.
  • Digital products are generally delivered electronically upon completed payment. Health testing kits/requisitions are shipped or issued according to the timelines communicated at checkout.
  • All sales of digital products are final unless otherwise stated in a specific product's refund policy. If applicable, refund terms will be disclosed at the point of sale.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or error in pricing.

5. Health Testing Disclaimer

Our health/bloodwork testing services are provided for informational and optimization purposes and are not a substitute for medical diagnosis, treatment, or care from a licensed healthcare provider. Test results and any accompanying interpretation provided by our coaching team do not constitute medical advice. If your results indicate a value requiring urgent attention (as outlined in any materials we provide), you should seek immediate medical attention from a qualified healthcare professional.

6. Coaching Program Disclaimer

Coaching services, training programs, nutrition guidance, and mindset frameworks provided by Best Built Fitness are general or personalized fitness guidance and are not medical, psychological, or dietetic services provided by a licensed clinician. You should consult your physician before beginning any new exercise, nutrition, or supplement program, particularly if you have any pre-existing health conditions.

Individual results vary based on factors including genetics, effort, consistency, starting point, and adherence. We make no guarantees regarding specific results.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website and within our digital products — including but not limited to text, guides, graphics, logos, training programs, meal plans, and branding — is the property of Best Built Fitness and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written consent.
